Tom joined MVM in 2002. Before joining MVM, he qualified as a chartered accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tom has a degree in Molecular and Cellular Biochemistry from Oxford University.

Tom is a member of the board of Alliance Pharma plc.
