MVM carries out careful patent and technical due diligence. When entrepreneurs and managers are already in place, the commercial expertise of these key individuals is carefully evaluated.
Once due diligence is complete, the terms under which MVM is prepared to invest will be set out in writing. If terms are agreed, MVM will coordinate the preparation of definitive legal agreements.
